1. How long can I see results of flawless & Glowing skin?

Everyone has different types of skin issues, results may vary.
In order to achieve the best results, always get in touch with our skin consultants to guide you through the right way and steps to use LB products.

2. How do I make payments?

3. Can I do returns & refund ?

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to process returns and refunds after purchase.

4. Do you ship to other countries besides Malaysia?

Yes, we do.
International post is subject to local customs & authorities to accept cosmetics products. Shipping charges will be borne by the recipient.

5. Are duty & taxes included in the shipping fees?

Please note that customs, duties and/or taxes are not included in our listed price & shipping fees. All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid (DDU), and any additional fees charged once it arrives at its destination must be paid by the recipient.
