These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to www.lefemmeb.com (the “Site”) and form the terms and conditions on which we supply Skin Care products to you. Please read through the T&Cs prior to using the Site. Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs.

We are LEFEMME BEAUTY (“we”, “us”, “LB”), a Malaysian registered company with the company registration number 003030463-A and our registered office is located at B2106, THE LEAFZ , Sungai Besi.
If you need to contact us for Distributorship / sponsorship / collaboration / miscellaneous issues, we are contactable by telephone or by writing to us at lefemmebeauty6@gmail.com or the postal address provided.

ii. Personal Data

We may collect, use and disclose personal data that you provide to us for shipping, payment processing of the products and other specified purposes. All Information provided is protected and will not be shared with other individuals or organizations without your permission, except when applicable by law.

iii. VIP Program

Should you participate in our VIP50 / VIP200 program, purchases will be converted into our LEFEMME BEAUTY points system & VIPs with the highest annual purchases will be rewarded. Annual Rewards are subject to selection by LB.

As a participant of our VIP program, you agree to the following:
1. Your points and rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.
2. Your points and rewards cannot be transferred, carried forward, sold or in any way traded.
3. All points obtained have a 12 month expiry and will expire at the end of the 12th month.
4. Each reward can only be used once towards the partial or full payment of regular-priced products.
5. Rewards cannot be stacked or used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.

The program terms and conditions, structures, FAQs or any other descriptions of the program are subject to changes and may be changed from time to time.

We further reserve the right to change, modify (including how points will be earned, redeemed and types of rewards available), terminate, discontinue or cancel the program at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes, modifications, termination of any part of the program or its terms will be effective upon the publication of the specified changes on the Site.
Your continued participation in the program will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, these terms and conditions and applicable policies shall be reviewed frequently by your good self to understand the current terms and conditions that apply to the program.
